Born in St. John’s, NL I developed a love for music and drums at a young age, I was fascinated with Ringo, Bonzo, Moon and Mick Fleetwood of course. My Parents were very supportive in my love for it and bought me my first kit when I was 11 and kind of knew how to play when first got them. I studied with local educator Fred Norman for a couple of months and was on my own from there. After jamming around town for a few years In 2004 I hooked up with local musicians and cousins Chris and Andrew LeDrew to begin work on their project Brothers in Stereo where we heavily toured NL as well as eastern and central Canada separately supporting acts like Great Big Sea, The Spades and Crush. In 2005 Brothers in Stereo won Music NL award for Up & Coming Artist and was nominated for 2005 East Cost Music Awards Best New Artist. Since then I’ve been an active musician for close to 18 years. I’ve played with many groups and singer/songwriters such as Barry Canning, Ron Hynes, Cory Tetford, Andrew LeDrew Band, Shannyganock, Mike Hanrahan, Punters, Mick Davis (Novaks) and currently full time with Chris LeDrew. I’ve also shared the stage with many greats such as April Wine, Blue Rodeo, The Tragically Hip, Barney Bental, Northern Pikes and many more. Currently completed work on Chris LeDrew's third solo record which was recorded at Resistor Studios In Nashville August 2016, with a release in November 2016.
