Noel Webb's playing is like dancing. His boundless energy is razor focused, and directed with mastery in articulation and artful control. Possessing a unique and genuine musicality, Noel plays with a sense of effortless enjoyment, balanced by a meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in performance. His talents have led him to work with some of Canada's most recognized and revered artists including Jim Cuddy, Andrew Cash, The Cowboy Junkies, Brian Byrne (I Mother Earth) and Sandy Horne (The Spoons), Villas, Tim Moxam, and since 2004 has been a member of the Juno award winning, Skydiggers.
A born collaborator, Noel's ability to intuit and empathize make him an asset in the creative process, anticipating which treatment may most benefit a piece of music, defining character and creating mood. As a owner of Toronto based Bam productions, Noel enjoyed dual roles of producer and musician, and has recorded with artists Skydiggers, Plumes, Beliefs, Lady Hayes. Jessy Bell Smith and Ocean Ship.
Having studied percussion with David Campion (a Dream Cymbal artist as well) at Wilfrid Laurier University as well as composition with Richard Windeyer and Glenn Buhr, Noel is well versed in a multitude of styles, sighting particular influence from players such as Jack Dejohnette & Jim Keltner. Despite his versatility and classical training, Roots rock and Indie rock will always be home for Noel.
In addition to his career as a musician, Noel is the Label Developer at Latent Recordings with Mike Timmins of The Cowboy Junkies, And Is also owner of Bam Digital, an online media development company.

Born in 1977 in Birmingham England, Noel currently resides in Toronto Ontario in the village of Bloordale.
