Casey Jordan Weissbuch has been living his life on the road. Closing in on completing his 50th international tour as a professional session/touring drummer, it has meant everything to him to be able to showcase his abilities for people all over the world. From being a high school student, skipping out on summer activities to go on the road for the first time, to studying under Chester Thomspon, Zoro, and Derico Watson at Belmont University, Casey has run through quite a diverse range of drum-related learning and progress.
Post-college, he decided to stay in Nashville, TN as a band he had been a part of wanted to begin touring full time. That led Casey to meeting musicians all over the country, and eventually making a move to New York to play with Mitski, a renowned artist that has been making massive waves over the last few years. Playing in these myriad situations has enabled him to be able to hone, and enjoy his craft more and more as the years go on. In 2017, touring with Mitski will take Casey to festivals all over the globe, including Primavera in Spain, Coachella in California, and Panorama in New York.
