Having studied percussion with David Campion (a Dream Cymbal artist as well) at Wilfrid Laurier University as well as composition with Richard Windeyer and Glenn Buhr, Noel is well versed in a multitude of styles, sighting particular influence from players such as Jack Dejohnette & Jim Keltner. Despite his versatility and classical training, Roots rock and Indie rock will always be home for Noel.

Favourite Dream Cymbal? The Vintage Bliss ride and the Dark Matter ride; "The vintage bliss ride is so musical and never gets in the way of the other cymbals and drums. The colours that you can get out of the cymbal are diverse and rich with great articulation. They record beautifully."

Born in 1977 in Birmingham England, Noel currently resides in Toronto Ontario in the village of Bloordale.
