Brian Brignac

Brian Brignac is from just outside of New Orleans, LA. He has been playing drums professionally since the age of 15 and has recorded and/or toured with artists such as Fats Domino, Jimmy Buffett, Sonny Landreth, Bobby Charles, Foy Vance, Jo-el Sonnier, Wayne Toups, Warren Storm, Tab Benoit, Jonathon "Boogie" Long, Gregg Wright, The Spinners, The Little Band Of Gold, Cindy Cashdollar, Chubby Carrier, The Williams Brothers, Melvin Taylor, Bruce Daigrepont, Tommy Malone, Waylon Thibodaux and C.J.

Chenier among many others. Brian has played on a Grammy Award winning album by Sonnier and 3 more Grammy nominated albums by Landreth and Cameron Dupuy and the Cajun Troubadours, which he also engineered and produced at his studio, Brignac Lane. The band, hipbootjoe, in which he was a founding member, received a Dove Nomination. Brignac has engineered and/or produced projects for Jo-el, Sonny, Wayne, Warren, Boogie, Tommy, Bob Henderson, Peter Novelli, Adam Dale, Chris LeBlanc, David St Romain, Ryan Foret, Kendall Shaffer, Taylor Nauta, Hogleg, The Rougaroux and many others. For over a decade he has also recorded countless radio and TV ads for advertising agency, Bionic Monkey. Brian studied Music Education under the esteemed Dr. John Raush at Louisiana State University and he endorses Dream Cymbals, Aquarian Drumheads, Hart Dynamics, Mojo Drums and Radial Engineering.
