Moon Destroys

Evan Diprima is an Atlanta born professional drummer residing in North Carolina. He is the former drummer of Atlanta rock band ROYAL THUNDER and recorded and toured with the band from 2012-2023.

Since his departure he formed MOON DESTROYS, a new rock band featuring long time friends and former members of TORCHE, MONSTRO, and SUNDAY DRIVER. Diprima has recorded works and contributed to music under many labels including Relapse Records, Spinefarm/Universal Music Group, Brutal Panda Records, BMG, and Vagrant Records. He has toured for the last two decades around the world sharing the stage with bands such as Alice In Chains, Monster Magnet, Wilco, and more and has performed at high profile festivals like Hellfest, Roadburn Festival, Azkena Rock Festival, Bonnaroo, and others.
