About Adam Gammage

Experienced drummer and musician with 20+ years in the industry, performing with renowned artists like Tom Grennan, Baxter Dury, Charlie XCX, Eliot Sumner and X Factor artists such as Rebeeca Furguson and James Arther. Adam has multiple recording studios and is proficient in sound management, programming, drum tech and set up. A dynamic collaborator known for precision and creativity.

Adam's Career

Adam started his journey at school at the age of 14. He then proceeded to work at The Drum Centre, a Northampton based specialist drum shop. Alongside this he hosted jam sessions and played local gigs. His early break came with the band The Hours, which led to opening slots on U2's '360' stadium tour, playing venues like Wembley Stadium at the age of 21. This lead to other sessions with the likes of Eliot Sumner, Baxter Dury and Charlie XCX and Rebecca Ferguson, making numerous UK TV appearances to millions.


Gammage also has extensive experience in studio recording, having worked at renowned studios such as Abbey Road and RAK, collaborating with top producers like Flood. He also performed and recorded all the drums on series 4 Peakey Blinders. He provides remote drum tracking services from his studios in Northampton and Amsterdam.

Drum Clinics & Workshops

In addition to touring and studio work, Gammage is involved in music education and community engagement. He hosts drum clinics and Q&A sessions, sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring drummers.
