Purchases from Authorized Dealers
If you purchased your Dream Cymbal from an authorized Dream Dealer (music store), the return or exchange will follow that dealer’s individual store policy.
Purchases from www.dreamcymbals.com
We have a 30-day return policy. You may return your cymbal within 30 days for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personalized items
- Sale items, B-stock items and gift cards
The following items are NOT eligible for free return shipping:
- any cymbal, Gong or bag greater than 26" (65cm) in diameter.
Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Shipping times may vary, especially for orders outside of Canada.
European Union Customers
In addition to the above, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
