Warranty FAQ's
What does the Dream Cymbals warranty cover?
We warranty our cymbals against manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship for two years from the original purchase date. This includes issues like cracks and warping that occur under normal playing conditions.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover: (To be updated by Dream Cymbals)
- Breakage due to improper technique or misuse (e.g., excessive force, incorrect
mounting) - Damage caused by dropped cymbals or transport mishandling
- Natural wear and tear
- Used, demo, or secondhand cymbals
How do I make a warranty claim?
A. Contact the Dream dealer you purchased from.
B. Provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.
C. Bring or ship the cymbal to the dealer for assessment. The dealer will work
directly with us to process your replacement if the claim is approved.
Do I need to register my cymbal for the warranty to be valid?
No registration is required. Just keep your original proof of purchase, as it’s needed for any warranty claim.
What happens if my cymbal is approved for replacement?
We’ll send you a new cymbal of the same model (or closest equivalent if the
original model is discontinued) at no cost to you. Shipping and handling policies
may vary by dealer.
Can I contact Dream Cymbals directly for a warranty claim?
Warranty claims must be initiated through the original dealer. However, if you're
experiencing issues or have questions, feel free to contact our support team and
we’ll guide you through next steps.
Are your gongs or other percussion products covered under the same warranty?
Yes. All Dream products are backed by our two-years warranty against manufacturing
defects—this includes our gongs, crop circles, crotales, and other percussion
instruments.
