Dream Cymbals and Gongs takes great pride in the quality of our instruments and the handcrafted artistry that goes into each cymbal and gong we produce. We stand behind this commitment with a one-time, two-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects on all newly purchased cymbals and gongs.
All warranty claims are reviewed by the Dream Cymbals team. We reserve the right to determine whether a cymbal has been abused or misused, in which case it would be excluded from warranty coverage. However, cymbals excluded from the warranty may still be eligible for credit through our Dream Recycling Program, which can be applied toward the purchase of a new cymbal.
Warranty Overview:
All Dream Cymbals and Gongs are covered by a two (2) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to cymbals and gongs purchased new, from an authorized Dream dealer.
Warranty coverage is limited to the country of original purchase. Replacements will only be shipped within that country.
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by an authorized Dream Cymbals and Gongs representative.
Cymbals damaged due to misuse, abuse, or overly aggressive playing techniques may not be eligible for replacement.
Approval of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Dream Cymbals and Gongs.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please complete the online Warranty Claim Form.
1- Complete all fields in the form accurately.
2-Upload a copy of your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3- Include detailed information about the product and the issue.
IMPORTANT: Any cymbal returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused, and the warranty claim will be void.
Once a cymbal has been replaced under warranty, it is not eligible for a second replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Excessive or repeated breakage - If a cymbal cracks, discontinue use immediately and submit a claim.
- Cymbals that show signs of continued use after cracking will not be covered, but may be accepted into our Recycling Program.
- Damage from accidental drops or transport mishandling.
- Natural wear and tear from regular use.
- Used, demo, or second-hand products - only new purchases are eligible

No registration is required.
Simply retain your original proof of purchase, which is required for any warranty claim.
What happens if my cymbal is approved for replacement?
If your claim is approved, we will ship you a new cymbal of the same model, or the closest available equivalent if the original model has been discontinued.
