Shipping policy

For in-stock items shipped within North America, we strive to have orders processed for delivery within 48 hours or by the next business-day.

Products purchased from this website will be shipped from an authorized Dream distributor/dealer near you whenever possible, helping reduce delivery costs, shipping times, and environmental impact while supporting our dealer network.

At checkout, you may choose from the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Ground Shipping - We charge flat rates or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower. For North America, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the day after your order is placed.

  2. Expedited 2-day Shipping - Available for checkout for North American orders. The exact freight rate will be calculated and clearly communicated before you complete your purchase.

  3. Local Pickup - You may have the option to pick up your order from a local Dream dealer of your choice.

All applicable duties and local, state, provincial, or federal taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be calculated at checkout. In the alternative, USMCA duty exemptions country of origin forms also accompany our US and Mexico bound shipments.

  • U.S. Orders: Shipments within the continental United States are fulfilled from within the U.S. through an Authorized participating US Dream Dealer wherever possible.

  • Canadian Orders: All Canadian orders are fulfilled from within Canada.

  • International Orders: We accept international orders. Customers may choose international economy rates or expedited shipping at the stated cost. In-stock international orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from Canada.

For international orders, we also offer localization options. In such cases, we coordinate with you and the nearest authorized Dream reseller to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to deliver your cymbals. This may include direct shipping or fulfillment through a local Dream dealer or distributor in your region.

Please note that customers placing international orders are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
