"Dream Cymbals have completely changed the way I approach both live and studio playing. They record beautifully — warm, musical, and full of character. There’s a cymbal from every series that blends effortlessly into any mix, but the Bliss line in particular has become an essential part of any session I'm on. Whether I’m tracking delicate singer-songwriter material or heavier, more aggressive sessions, they always sit perfectly in the track without getting in the way.

For live situations, I love reaching for the Contact series — they have the brightness and cut I need on stage, but never sound harsh or overpowering. Two of my absolute favourite cymbals are the 15" Bliss Hi-Hats and the 24" Bliss Small Bell Flat Ride. The hats are the perfect size and weight — incredibly versatile and musical. I’ve used them on everything from acoustic, singer-songwriter to metal sessions, and they just work. The flat ride is one of the most expressive cymbals I've played — I’m constantly discovering new textures and tones from it, it feels like an extension of my soul. It's a cymbal that responds to nuance, whether I’m playing light and dynamic or digging in a little more."
