Crafted from B20 bronze, these hi-hats undergo Dream’s signature Dark Matter process,a meticulous technique that involves taking a fully finished, hand-hammered cymbal and refiring it in the oven. This second firing transforms both the look and sound, creating the series' signature dark, raw appearance and deeply complex sonic profile.
Completely unlathed and hammered by hand, the Dark Matter Hi-Hats produce a rich, fiery wash when played open, offering depth and character without overwhelming the mix. When closed and played with the tip of the stick, they respond with a clean, crisp tick that’s articulate and defined.
